Directions For Use & Warning:

To Use:

Place the bath bomb in the bath in warm water (surface decoration can be removed before use if desired). The bath bomb will sink to the base of the tub and begin to vigorously bubble.

Warnings:

For external use only. Not for application to mucous membranes or on broken skin. If irritation occurs, discontinue use.

Take care when entering and exiting the bath as surfaces may be slippery.

Always rinse and wipe down the bath fully after using and take care to avoid washing any surface decoration (such as flower petals) down the plug hole as these can build up and eventually cause blockages. 

The natural clay used in these bath bombs may leave slight deposits on the bath surfaces and while these should not stain, it is beneficial to give the bath a quick rinse after use to wash these deposits away.

Recommendation for use:

We recommend using your fingers to apply a small amount of our body butter after a shower or bath to help lock in moisture or before bed to allow the butter to work its magic while you sleep. You can also use it after a long day in the sun or anytime that your skin is feeling a little dry and in need of a pick me up!

When first applied, the body butter may feel oily on the skin, don't worry, this will pass! Give the butter 15 minutes or so to sink into the skin and any initial oily feeling will pass! In the unlikely event that the skin does still feel oily after this time, try using a little less body butter next time - we can't stress enough how only a tiny amount is needed to feel the effects!

Important Care Instructions:

Our Whipped Body Butters are sensitive to high temperatures. We recommend always keeping them in a cool or room temperature location, below 24c. If they are kept in a warmer environment, the oils and butters may begin to melt. If this does occurr the body butter can be placed in the fridge to re-solidify if required, though it may lose some of its "whipped" consistency by doing this (it will still be perfectly ok to use though!)

For this reason, we are unable to ship our body butters during the (albeit very rare) heatwaves that the UK occasionally sees. If you have ordered one of our body butters and temperatures are forecast to go above 24c, we will contact you to advise and will either delay shipping until the weather cools or refund you in full.
