Monthly Soaps - The Full Collection Subscription
Will the monthly soaps always be vegan and completely natural?
The monthly soaps will NOT always be vegan, vegetarian or completely natural. We are able to offer these soap bars at a substantial discount due to the fact that we create them on our YouTube channel and this drives business to our website. We require all kinds of different soaps for our YouTube channel and so the soaps in our monthly releases will be whatever we have created that month on YouTube. They will not always be vegan, vegetarian or wholly natural.
Are the soaps free of allergens, nut oil and palm oil?
All of our soaps are free of palm oil. Unfortunately, because the soaps in the subscription will vary they will NOT all be nut oil free and they will contain certain allergens. All allergens and ingredients can be viewed on the "Soaps Of The Month" category page or on the ingredients labels that will be attached to the soaps when they are delivered.
Is there anyone you do NOT recommend this subscription to?
Unfortunately we do not recommend this subscription if you are vegan or vegetarian, suffer with allergies or only want 100% natural products all of the time. This is because the soaps will vary in makeup and there will likely be some soaps that you are unable to use in the batches.
Can I cancel the subscription if I need to?
Yes, all subscriptions can be easily cancelled online at any time without penalty.
Do I have to pay postage in addition to the subscription cost?
Unfortunately yes! We toyed with offering free postage but at £3 per bar (and less in 5 week months) we think you'll agree that we are already offering fantastic value and unfortunately we cannot afford to offer free postage on the orders too. Postage is £3.75 (which is less than our actual postage costs to send the soaps to you).
Why are the bars so much cheaper than your other soaps?
Purely because the main aim of these bars is to allow us to create YouTube videos to promote our business! These soaps will never be stocked as permanent products on our website and so we want to try and sell them quickly to ensure our small store room doesn't get cluttered with excess soaps! This way everyone wins - we make a small amount of money on each sale and you get to experience our limited edition soaps (made to the same high standard as our regular soaps but at a much lower price!)
